Processing Times
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it immediately. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your package is ready to ship. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
Economy Shipping (5-8 Bussiness Days):
Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days from the date of shipping.
Free on all orders over $200.
Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days):
Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days from the date of shipping.
Fee of $10 for orders under $200, $7 for orders over $200.
Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days):
Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days from the date of shipping. Fee of $25 for all orders.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
International Shipping
At this time, we’re unable to ship internationally, but we’re working hard behind the scenes to make it happen in the future. We want to ensure that when we expand, we can provide you with the best possible experience.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly from the shipping confirmation email or by entering your tracking number on our Order Tracking page.
Important Information
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Shipping Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside of our control. We will do our best to keep you informed in the event of any delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package is handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your building’s management. If your package is still missing, contact the carrier directly for more information. We recommend selecting a delivery option that requires a signature if you are concerned about package security.
