We gladly accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange or credit. Please ensure your items meet the following conditions to qualify for a return:
Must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Once tags are detached the product is no longer eligible for return.
Gift cards, promotional items, discounted items and products marked as final sale cannot be returned.
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@forthelovers.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions.
Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us.
Ship Your Return: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.
If your order was purchased using a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount, not the original price.
Any items returned that do not meet our eligibility criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
We currently only offer exchanges. To exchange an eligible item, follow the return process above and indicate that you would prefer an exchange. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product to you. We only offer one exchange/return, after that the items on the exchange order will be marked as non-returnable. Exchange processing times may vary depending on the availability of the new item.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@forthelovers.shop with photos and details of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
